By accessing or using the website at jurupavalleymasonry.com, or by engaging Jurupa Valley Masonry and Concrete for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the site or engage our services.
Jurupa Valley Masonry and Concrete provides masonry and concrete contracting services in Jurupa Valley, CA and surrounding communities, including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, outdoor kitchen masonry, walkway construction, brick wall installation, stone masonry, and brick pointing.
Services are provided at the specific location agreed upon in writing. We do not guarantee availability for any particular date or time until a written agreement has been signed by both parties.
All estimates provided by Jurupa Valley Masonry and Concrete are based on information available at the time of the assessment and are subject to change if site conditions, scope of work, or material costs differ from initial expectations.
An estimate is not a binding contract. Work begins only after a written agreement or work order has been signed by an authorized representative of both parties. We will notify you in writing of any changes to scope or price before performing additional work.
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and do not constitute a commitment to perform services.
Once a start date is agreed upon in writing, we will make reasonable efforts to begin work on schedule. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permit processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as they are known.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor performed to that point.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, site hazards, or other safety-related concerns at our sole discretion.
Payment terms are outlined in the written work agreement for each project. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Accepted payment methods are specified in the work agreement. Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee as described in the agreement.
Disputes about invoiced amounts must be raised in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the invoice. Undisputed amounts are due on the agreed date regardless of any dispute over other portions of the invoice.
Where permits are required by the City of Jurupa Valley or other applicable local authorities, Jurupa Valley Masonry and Concrete will obtain them on your behalf unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are typically passed through to the customer at cost and will be itemized in the estimate.
You are responsible for ensuring that any proposed work does not violate homeowner association rules, deed restrictions, or other private agreements affecting your property. We are not responsible for delays or changes required because of such restrictions.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated in the written work agreement for your specific project. Where no written warranty is provided, work is delivered as-is without any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by applicable California law.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to seismic activity, flooding, soil movement unrelated to our work, vandalism, or work performed by other contractors after our completion.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific project.

If a dispute arises between you and Jurupa Valley Masonry and Concrete related to our services or this agreement, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through direct communication.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jurupa Valley, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to a different process. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration will be brought in the appropriate courts of California.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Changes to terms for an active project will be made only by written amendment signed by both parties.
